    He is an outstanding trek in the area isolated from the western part of the Nepal, upper Dolpo. It is one of the rare region where the Bon Po, Buddhist religion is still practiced.
    The trail continues on three high passes, Kagmara La 5115m, Baga La 5090m and Numa La 5360m from Blue Lake deep the Phoksumdo and finally concludes in Juphal down the path of the throat with Tarap Khola.
